22. In the event of an arbitrator’s death or inability to act, the remaining arbitrators shall see the matter through and, where applicable, determine which of them will act as chair.
If the council of arbitration consists of a single arbitrator, or if 2 of the arbitrators are in one of the situations referred to in the first paragraph, the secretary of the committee shall see to the replacement of the arbitrator or arbitrators in accordance with section 20, and if necessary, the dispute shall be reheard.
